Art. 2.1 Members: Individuals

They must belong to or have been a part of a company or organisation whose activity is linked to the oil and gas industry. They must have attended engineering schools, be university graduates or have acquired an indispensable level of competence through a long standing experience.

 Article 3.1 : Individuals

The requests for admission of the individual members must be sent to the Association President (art. 8) or its general representative (art. 9).  The requests must be sent along with necessary useful information and countersigned by 2 other individual members whose candidate must be personally known to them.

Signing of the request for admission by the candidates entails their complete approval of the Association articles as well as their formal and complete commitment to the strictest rules of honour and professional consciousness.

The Management Committee meets and decides by the majority of the attending Committee members on the admission of the individuals.

The names of the new members are published in a special section of the association magazine issued after their admission by the Management Committee.  Payment of the annual fee is due, for the year in progress, as soon as the candidate is notified of his admission. If payment has not been completed within a month, the admission may be cancelled.
